Today, I had one of the most wonderful psychic readings from a very talented clairvoyant, clairaudient Medium; Marie from Satori Nation .

I usually rely on my own guidance, but it is always a blessing to have resource (especially if you are an intuitive) to a genuine and reliable psychic guide when your connection is blocked or "off" from the stresses and strains of daily existence or even just burnout.

It had been months, and I knew I needed some feedback. And I had no recourse to my one and only psychic friend Eric, who decided to escape to the East.

Last night, I specifically asked for guidance and was drawn to my normal search on Craigslist for a part-time job (since I've recently been uprooted from readings) and came across an ad to write for a new holistic website.

I was at work today, and noticed I was obsessing over an insignificant mistake.
Suddenly, my boss looks at me (firmly) and said, "we aren't going to dwell on this."

Those simple words stopped me in my tracks. You know those moments when time stands still and your mind computes the zillion times you identified with something so much, you lost yourself.

I realized at that moment how tenacious I am.  How I cling. I realized how much "merging with" is wired into our Matrix reality and that it takes a "special effort" to be able to have the finesse to detach and attach at will. Or, atleast to be able to have a dual consciousness: one identified and merging (Eros) and one detached sense of one's True self.

I always thought being Selfless and giving was a "good thing".  Until I realized I might be stealing people's lessons and generally sticking my nose in the smooth workings-out of people's reasons for Being.

This brought me to the question: Well, when should one help? And that question led me to realize, I'd better get connected to something "that knows" deep inside of me, and ask that part of me in each and every situation.

In any case, I found it fun to find out, that our bodies reflect how self-serving or self-less we are. So, besides general self-searching, there are some physical "points of reference" to give us a hint.

A palmistry master friend of mine gave me some tips years ago. Though, these tips were for reading my own palm, I found it useful to read the proclivities of others as well; especially when going on dates or meeting people for the first time.
